• Studio 1 – 1000 sq. ft., sprung wood floor, marley, mirrors, ballet barres, sound system, observation room, up to 50 chairs as needed
• Studio 2 – 1000 sq. ft., sprung wood floor, marley, mirrors, ballet barres, sound system, observation room, up to 50 chairs as needed

Magnolia Location

• Studio 1 – 1500 sq. ft., sprung  floor, marley, mirrors, ballet barres, sound system, observation room, up to 35 chairs as needed

Wedgwood Location

• Studio 1 – 1500 sq. ft., Sprung floor, Marley, mirrors, sound system, observation room, up to 35 chairs as needed

Shoreline Location (North City)

• Studio 1 – 500sq. ft., sprung wood floor, mirrors, sound system, observation room, up to 25 chairs as needed
• Studio 2 – 1800sq. ft, Sprung floor, Marley, mirrors, sound system, observation room, up to 60 chairs as needed

A: Ongoing rentals need to provide proof of liability coverage naming American Dance institute and Waldo Dahl Plaza as additional insured.
