ADI's Jr/Teen Performance Company offers a nurturing yet challenging environment where young dancers can cultivate their artistry, advance their technical skills, and gain real performance experience. With an emphasis on camaraderie, teamwork, discipline, and commitment, company dancers will learn and rehearse choreography from different ADI teachers — performing at in-studio Winter and Spring Showcases, Recital 2027, and possible community performances throughout the year.

Audition & Company Requirements
To audition and participate, dancers must meet the following requirements.
Audition Day
Saturday, June 13, 2026 from 3:30–4:45 PM at ADI Shoreline. Attendance at the audition is required for all applicants.
Age & Experience
Dancers must be ages 11–17 with 4–5 years of ballet experience and must be current ADI students.
Class Enrollment
Company dancers must be enrolled in two ballet technique classes and a pre-pointe or beginning pointe class. Contemporary is encouraged.
Commitment
Dancers must commit to rehearsals and performances for the full 2026–2027 school year. Consistent attendance is required; prescheduled absences are allowed.

Designed to be affordable — no surprise costs.
Weekly Rehearsal Tuition
Billed at ADI's regular class tuition rate per session, honoring the multi-class discount.
No Costume Fees for Showcases
Winter and Spring Showcases will use costumes from ADI's costume bins and items dancers already own.
Recital Costume
Company dancers will need to purchase one costume for Recital 2027. Fee is TBA but estimated at approximately $90.
