No Partner? No Problem!
In our supportive and friendly environment, you'll rotate partners and practice with fellow dancers, allowing you to meet new people while mastering your moves.

Wedding Dance Lessons

Description

  • Your first lesson will include a consultation with our fabulous social dance teacher, Julia Lockhart. 
  • The consultation will include a discussion on what the couple envisions for their special day, identify the music they would like to use.
  • Then she will get you out on the dance floor and see how you take instruction.
  • Based on that and how long or complicated a dance you wanted, Julia will make recommendations for which package would be best for you.

    INTRO: Single 1 hour introductory private lesson for couple $120 Each package includes wedding consulting, choreography, and teaching the dance.

    Package 1: Four one-hour long lessons: $600
    Package 2: Six one-hour long lessons, $870
    Package 3: Eight one-hour long lessons, $1120
    Package 4: Ten one-hour long lessons, $1350
    Package 5: Twelve one-hour lessons, $ 1560

    Her teaching philosophy is simple: anyone can dance with the proper support! Whether you're brand new to ballroom dance or looking to refine your skills, Julia is excited to help you discover the joy and confidence that dancing brings.

    Dress Code

    • Any clothes that you feel comfortable moving in are fine. 
    • Dress in semi-formal attire if this is a date night.
    • The instructor will be wearing slacks and a sweater and typically dresses on more of the semi-formal side.
    • As for shoes, no sneakers or outside shoes. The sole should be either suede or leather. Rubber soles will grip the floor too much and make it hard to turn easily.
