Introduction To Ballet

School Founder & Director, Elizabeth Chayer will teach a one-time FREE Introduction to Ballet Class at our Shoreline studio on Tuesday, June 19, from 6:00-7:30  PM.

This class is recommended for students who are enrolled in Beginning Ballet I, Beginning Ballet II, folks contemplating if Ballet is right for them or folks just curious about what a Ballet class entails.

Modern Dance and Jazz students are also welcome as the basic principles of Ballet apply to those styles of dance as well.

The focus will be on proper spinal alignment, Core engagement, the physics of dance and understanding basic principles of Ballet technique.

The class will be filmed and used in staff training.

This is a beginner class for adults and teens ages 15 and up. You will get a thorough work out.

If you don't have Ballet attire, no worries. Leggings, snug top, and socks will work.

The class is free but pre-registration is required. Please email [email protected] to register.
