Dancers must have at least one year of Ballet training and must be enrolled in Ballet classes for the Fall of 2019 at any local Seattle/Shoreline area dance school. Dancers 6-18 are eligible.

American Dance Institute re-opens as follows: Shoreline September 11 and Greenwood and Magnolia September 17th.
MOSCOW BALLET'S OLENA PEDAN WILL ARRIVE SEATTLE SEPTEMBER 10th TO AUDITION SEATTLE AREA YOUTH
Olena Pedan, a Soloist with The Moscow Ballet and Audition Director for the 2018 Tour of the Great Russian Nutcracker across North America, will be in Seattle to audition local youth for the Moscow Ballet's Great Russian Nutcracker performance November 8th & 9th.
Between 65-100 local student dancers will be cast in the 2018 performances and dance on stage with the Moscow Ballet at Seattle Paramount Theater.
*Auditions are Free * and open to all students between 6-18 years of age, with a minimum 1 year of ballet training and currently enrolled in a dance class. American Dance Institute of Greenwood, Magnolia & Shoreline is the host school for the Moscow Ballet's 'Dance With Us' program.
American Dance Institute host's the Moscow Ballet's 'Dance with us' greater Seattle program and will audition and rehearse the dancers for the performance.

Moscow Ballet Youth Auditions Are September 10th
Internationally acclaimed Moscow Ballet returns to Seattle this November and is inviting greater Seattle student dancers to audition for a role in their Great Russian Nutcracker.
If cast, students will dance on stage with the Moscow Ballet at Seattle's Paramount Theater, Thursday, November 8th, and Friday, November 9th at 7 pm.
Students will audition for The Great Russian Nutcracker's ancillary roles, including little snowflakes, mice, party children, snow sprites, snow maidens, Spanish, Russian, French, Arabian, and Chinese dancers.
Student dancers must be between 6 and 18 years of age, currently enrolled in any dance school, and have had a minimum of one year of ballet training.
Auditions are free of charge.
American Dance Institute of Seattle & Shoreline WA. serves as host for the Moscow Ballet's auditions and rehearses the dancers for the Seattle performances. Auditions will be held at American Dance Institute's Shoreline studio on Monday, September 10, 2018.
The Moscow Ballet hopes to cast between 65-100 local dancers for the 2018 production. Last year, dance students from Eli McCracken, of Federal Way to Mario Manansala, of Everett were cast, along with 63 Seattle area dancers. This year Moscow Ballet hopes to cast between 65 and 100.
For over 25 years The Moscow Ballet has performed their brilliant The Great Russian Nutcracker. This year they will give 140 performances in November and December all across the US and Canada. They will give two Seattle performances in 2018.
