Kelsey Hamon
Kelsey Hamon received her BS in Dance Performance and Composition from the University of Idaho where she
studied with Gregory Halloran, Diane Walker, Lorraine Pearson, and Kathy Brouder.
She attended Summer workshops in Paris, Brussels and Amsterdam and has taken dance education workshops
with Anne Green Gilbert at the Creative Dance Center.
Kelsey joined American Dance Institute’s staff in 2005, serving as ADI’s Assistant Director and teaching
children, teen and adult classes in Modern, Jazz, Ballet, Pre-Ballet, Creative Dance and Parent /Toddler.
She co-founded Crooked Toe Dance Productions and continues to direct, choreograph and perform in
their productions. Kelsey has also remained active in the Seattle Dance community,
continuing her own studies with Wade Madsen, Michelle Miller, Violette Tucker,
Aiko Kinoshita and Ellie Sandstrom.
