Amanda Shortell
Amanda Shortell grew up dancing in Spokane where her mom owned a dance studio. She has taught children through adults Jazz, Hip-Hop and Tap, coached and choreographed for Triple Threat School of Dance’s Junior Competitive Team and was member of the Eastern Washington Senior Elite Dance Team. She was the 2005 recipient of the Kids Artistic Review Best Junior Choreography Award, Scholarship for High Score Senior Solo, Dance Educators of America Most Energetic Choreography Award, Universal Dance Association National All-Star Dance Competition First Place winner in Jazz and Hip-Hop. Amanda is currently a Dance Major at the University of Washington as well as a member of the Washington Huskie’s Dance Team. She joined American Dance Institute’s staff in 2006.
