Yoga Conditioning (Adults & Teens)
Yoga Conditioning combines the basics of Hatha Yoga and Pilates. Yoga conditioning will focus on meditation, breathing, alignment, flexibility, strength, and balance. The Pilates mat exercises strengthen your core and emphasize moving from your center. Students will learn basic poses (asanas) and yoga sequences like sun salutations. This class will help bring awareness to your daily body movement
