Yoga (Adults, Teens, Baby with Parent)
Kripalu Yoga class uses breath, (pranayama), relaxation (savasana) and core exercises to strengthen the deep abdominal muscles and help students find a balance between strength and flexibility. Students are encouraged to work at their own pace to develop their potential, accepting limitations and allowing the body to be where it is in the moment. In addition to working on the muscular-skeletal systems, Yoga also helps the respiratory, circulatory, digestive, immune and nervous systems. The regular practice of yoga has been shown produce physical benefits including reduced anxiety, stress and blood pressure levels, and increased relaxation, flexibility, strength, endurance, and energy levels. The class offered for baby and parent will
balance baby engagement exercises with stretching and strengthening for mom or dad.
